Professor Hans A. Schuessler, chair of optical and biomedical physics at Texas A&M University on Thursday, will present "Laser Spectroscopy for fundamental, precision and exploration technologies." The lecture will focus on results and the status of experiments on precision laser spectroscopy and the new limits on the possible variation of fundamental constants from stored ions.
