Texas A&M at Qatar, in collaboration with the Turbomachinery Laboratory at Texas A&M University, will offer a three-day short course entitled "Rotordynamics of Turbomachinery with Case Studies." Dr. Dara Childs, the Leland Jordan Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University, will teach the course covering the introduction of rotordyamics to structural dynamic modeling in rotordynamics. The course will be offered beginning 15 March and concluding on 17 March in lecture hall 144 of the Texas A&M at Qatar engineering building.
