GPR Requirements
2.000 GPR:
Minimum cumulative GPR to remain in good standing
Less than 2.000 GPR:
Student placed on probation for following semester
Terms of Probation:
Student has one semester to bring cumulative GPR up to 2.000 GPR. If student meets terms of probation, they are off probation and are considered a regular student. If the terms of probation are not met, one of two things may occur:
- Student is dismissed from the University.
- If the GPR for the probationary semester alone is a 3.000 or higher, we MAY consider offering the student an additional semester of probation in which to bring the cumulative GPR up to a 2.000.
Engineering Courses:
The passing grade on engineering courses is a C or higher. Students who do not meet the minimum grade requirement on engineering courses must re-take the course in order to achieve a final grade of C or higher.
