GPR Requirements

2.000 GPR:
Minimum cumulative GPR to remain in good standing

Less than 2.000 GPR:
Student placed on probation for following semester

Terms of Probation:
Student has one semester to bring cumulative GPR up to 2.000 GPR.  If student meets terms of probation, they are off probation and are considered a regular student.  If the terms of probation are not met, one of two things may occur:

  1. Student is dismissed from the University.
  2. If the GPR for the probationary semester alone is a 3.000 or higher, we MAY consider offering the student an additional semester of probation in which to bring the cumulative GPR up to a 2.000.

Engineering Courses:
The passing grade on engineering courses is a C or higher.  Students who do not meet the minimum grade requirement on engineering courses must re-take the course in order to achieve a final grade of C or higher.
