Go to http://myrecord.tamu.edu to make changes to your address. Be sure to scroll down to the fields for the "local" address.
How do I get credit for my AP courses or SAT subject tests?
Credit for AP courses will only be considered for students who have been formally admitted to Texas A&M University at Qatar. You must have the testing agency send AP scores directly to Texas A&M University Measurement and Research Services (MARS). The College Board Code for Texas A&M University at Qatar is 4290. See mars@tamu.edu for more information. After being admitted to Texas A&M University at Qatar, you will need to visit with your academic advisor concerning the AP scores to determine if credit will be granted or denied.
How do I change my major?
Go to http://www.qatar.tamu.edu/. Click on the "Current Students/Current Student Forms" links. Select the Change of Curriculum-Change of Major Form. Complete the form and obtain all signatures. If applicable, obtain written permission to change your major from your sponsor or scholarship provider. Submit completed and signed form along with permission letter to the Receptionist in the Office of Admissions and Records or to your Academic Advisor.
How do I get my schedule?
Schedules will be distributed to first time students by the Academic Advisors at the New Student Orientation prior to the beginning of the fall semester. All students may go to http://myrecord.tamu.edu and click on the "Student Schedule" link to obtain a copy once it is ready.
How do I get my grades?
Go to http://myrecord.tamu.edu. Click on the "Grade Display" link.
How do I drop a course?
Go to http://www.qatar.tamu.edu/ Click on the "Current Students/Current Student Forms" links. Select the Q Drop Form. Complete the form and obtain all signatures. Submit completed and signed form to your Academic Advisor.
How do I withdraw from the University?
Go to http://www.qatar.tamu.edu/ Click on the "Current Students/Current Student Forms" links. Select the Withdrawal Form. Complete the form and obtain all signatures. Submit completed and signed form to your Academic Advisor.
How do I calculate my GPA?
Go to http://www.tamu.edu/admissions/records/calcGPR.html for examples and notes concerning calculation of your GPA.
How do I receive a verification of my enrollment?
Go to the reception area of the Office of Admissions and Records. Obtain and complete a "Copy Request Form" requesting either the "English Certification of Enrollment" or the "Arabic Certification of Enrollment". Note: Processing may take up to one week.
How do I apply for graduation?

Where do I turn in high school transcript?
Submit your high school transcripts to the Receptionist or the Admissions Counselor at the Office of Admissions and Records at Texas A&M University at Qatar. Alternatively, the transcript may be mailed to Texas A&M University at Qatar, Office of Admissions and Records, PO Box 23874, Doha, Qatar.
Where do I turn in transcripts from other colleges or universities?
