Borrowing Privileges
Library Users
The students, faculty and staff of Texas A&M University at Qatar are the primary clientele of the University Libraries. Other academic scholars and Education City community users also have certain borrowing privileges.
The Libraries are open to the general public who may use reference materials, electronic databases, and other resources on site. Circulating material from the University Libraries may be borrowed through the interlibrary loan service of public and academic libraries.

Community users must show photo I.D. and proof of residence. A community user including Education City users, Qatar University and other organizations and Institutions.

Suspension of Privileges/Blocks

Library users who fail to return items or who incur any fines or fees are blocked from further borrowing privileges until all material has been returned in good condition and/or all fines and fees have been paid.

Blocks can prevent the library user from Registration, Graduation and obtaining an official Texas A&M University transcript
