• Go to the https://illiad.tamu.edu/illiad/logon.html
• Click on first time users register 
• Fill out all required fields
• Ues TAMUQ official email
• Enter the library phone number: 492-7343
• In the preferred loan delivery drop down, select TAMU-Qatar
• Mailing address write: TAMUQL
• City, State and Zip write:   Doha, QA     5825
• Status: chose your status from the drop down list
• Department: College of Engineering
• Library association: EVANS/PSEL/WCL/QATAR
• Choose your user name and password, then submit
• Remember this user name and password for further deliverEdocs use

After you have registered:

• Click on request an article or book
• Fill out all the required fields
• For each request you must fill out a separated form 
• Submit your request
•  None electronically accessible article(s) will be send to the requester's account as a PDF file.
• Books will be mailed via DHL service to TAMUQL
