The below form should be used by Education City and Qatar Academic librarians to request materials from the TAMUQL. This ILL service is currently limited to the students, researchers, faculty, and  staff of the institutions listed above.

Only libraries listed above may use this form. Once your request has been submitted and processed, you will be contacted through e-mail as to the delivery status of your request.

Borrowing Policies

• With the exception of certain reserve or restricted loan items, only materials located at the TAMU-Q campus library are available for interlibrary loan.
• Loan requests for TAMU-Q materials will be processed within one working day of receipt and will generally be delivered in 1- 2 business days.
• The borrowing library is responsible for the timely return of the item.
• For lost, damaged or unreturned materials, the borrowing library is responsible for replacement fees up to the cost of the item + 100 QR for processing cost, OR 300 QR if replacement cost is not available.
• Please note: Overdue e-mail notices will be sent as a courtesy reminder only. Failure to receive any notice does not relieve the borrowing institution of the responsibility of returning an item by the date due.
