Sinan Sabeeh ’11, an electrical engineering former student, received the Larry K. Wilson Regional Student Activities Award 2011 from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). The award goes to a student in each of the 10 IEEE regions that demonstrates the most accomplishment in organizing student activities. Sabeeh won the award for coordinating the 2nd Middle East Student Branch Congress of the IEEE, hosted at the Texas A&M Engineering Building in March.
