New Student Orientation

Howdy, Aggies!

New Student Orientation marks the beginning of your lifetime adventure as a Texas A&M Aggie. Each year we plan a full week of activities designed to help you meet your classmates and professors, get acquainted with the policies and opportunities of Texas A&M at Qatar, as well learn what it means to be an Aggie. We are already at work to plan a great Orientation program for the class of 2014 who will join us in August.

Stay tuned for more information about Orientation Week 2010!

Aggie Parents
Parents have an opportunity to participate in orientation, too!  Parents will be invited to an opening event where they can tour the Texas A&M Engineering Building, meet with TAMUQ Administrators, and have the opportunity to have their questions answered.

International Students
Special note for TAMUQ students not currently residing in Qatar: Qatar Foundation International Student Orientation typically takes place in the week prior to the Texas A&M Orientation. All new TAMUQ students that do not currently reside in Qatar are required to attend the QF Orientation. During QF Orientation students will be introduced to life in Qatar, will complete immigration processes and attend fun activities throughout Education City and Doha.
