Magnetic resonance imaging: parallel imaging, pulse sequence development, data acquisition protocols, and image reconstruction

Signal and image processing: image registration and segmentation; quantitative analysis; machine learning

Applications in cancer imaging, neuroimaging, and cardiac imaging.
