CHEN offers process safety short course
Published Nov 28, 2011Texas A&M at Qatar hosted a continuing education course titled "Process Safety Management Systems" on 28-29 Nov.
The course, conducted by Dr. Luc Vechot, assistant professor of chemical engineering, and Dr. Simon Waldram, managing director of Waldram Consultants Ltd., was specially designed for those beginning a career in process safety management. It examined the key principles and components of process safety management systems and how performance in these areas varies between countries, industries and companies.
