ECEN hosts lecture on solar cells
Published Jun 20, 2013Dr. Jeyakumar Ramanujam presented "Low cost and high efficiency Si solar cells" on 20 June. His lecture focused on the development of a simple, low-cost spin-coating method to fabricate c-Si solar cells that yields high throughput and lowers production cost.
