Political science professor offers research lecture
Published Nov 12, 2011Dr. James Rogers, political science department head, Texas A&M University, will offer a lecture titled "Casting the Gimlet Eye on Judicial Review: Can Judicial Review be Democratically Debilitating?" on 22 Nov.
Rogers will examine judicial review, asking whether it is beneficial to democratic citizenship, the legislative process and its outcomes.
