QAPCO to present on Plastic Awareness Campaign
Published Mar 22, 2012Qatar Petrochemical Company (QAPCO) has launched a Plastic Awareness Campaign to highlight the importance of plastic materials and their influence on public health, the environment and the future.
This campaign, held under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Mohammed Bin Saleh Al-Sada, minister of energy and industry, aims to dispel misconceptions about plastic and promote responsible usage of it. Representatives from QAPCO will present information about the campaign at Texas A&M at Qatar on 22 March. The presentation is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. in lecture hall 144 of the Texas A&M Engineering Building.
