SBG attends ASGA summit

A delegation from the SBG eboard members, Mustapha Makki, Mohannad Mohamed and Mahmoud Hassan, attended the American Student Government Association (ASGA) annual summit in Washington, D.C. from the 2-6 Oct. ASGA is one of the largest gatherings of student government associations in the US where 108 universities and colleges attended with 618 delegates. In addition to attending workshops and training sessions, SBG members were given the opportunity to observe how the US government shutdown has impacted federal government agencies in D.C., having multiple discussions with their American colleagues regarding this situation.
