SEC receives accolades for donation drive
Published Apr 23, 2013Three delegates, Mahmoud ElTouny, Hind Barnieh and Nisa Ulumuddin from the Student Engineers' Council (SEC) attended the National Association of Engineering Student Councils (NAESC) conference at the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign 4-7 April. For the first time, delegates from the SEC led discussion sessions during the conference. The discussion sessions led by the SEC delegates focused on publicity and E-Week celebrations. The SEC was awarded Best Philanthropy Event for their work on the donation drive for Syrian refugees in Jan. 2013.
