Three students presented posters at the 69th Annual Midwest Political Science Association Conference in Chicago, Illinois, on 2 April.

Manzoor Ahmed presented "A Regression Method of Forecasting US Energy Needs," Dillan Raymond Roshan presented "Upholding Human Rights: The Loop Holes in Democracy and Globalization" and Anas Al-Bastami presented "Exploring the Nexus between National Economic Development and Conflict Behavior: Lessons for Syria." Al Bastami's paper has also been accepted for publication in Texas A&M's undergraduate Journal 'Explorations.'
