University collaboration to focus on moisture damage
Published Apr 25, 2013Texas A&M at Qatar is hosting the 3rd International Workshop on Moisture-Induced Damage in Asphalt Mixtures 23-26 April. The workshop is the third in a series of events which addresses the problem of moisture-induced damage in asphalt mixtures. The first workshop was hosted at Delft University of Technology in November 2005. The second workshop was hosted at Texas A&M University in September 2007. The 3rd workshop will have a special interest in introducing the field of uncertainty quantification to the computational modeling and assessment of moisture damage in asphalt mixtures in addition to the main workshop theme.
