University students present on Qatar's history
Published Dec 05, 2012Fourteen students in Deanna Rasmussen's foundations of English class recently visited Compass International School to deliver presentations on Qatar’s history and culture to year four and five Compass students. Students presented four different interactive presentations to four different classes of children. The children learned more about Qatari hospitality, ate dates, learned about dress and tried on traditional clothing, and saw photos of Qatar past and present. Compass students received flags and badges.
