Women's Faculty Forum hosts training event
Published Jun 22, 2017Texas A&M at Qatar’s Women’s Faculty Forum invited Dawn Metcalfe — corporate trainer, coach and author of Managing the Matrix and HardTalk — to conduct a training session with Women’s Faculty Forum members and guests. During the full-day workshop, Metcalfe discussed the unconscious biases women face in the workplace and presented strategies for women in self-development, self-promotion and negotiation. The Women’s Faculty Forum is dedicated to advocating for and representing the needs of female faculty at Texas A&M at Qatar through raising awareness of gender equality issues.
