Texas A&M at Qatar hosts first summer faculty-led study abroad program
Published Jul 16, 2017Texas A&M at Qatar hosted its first summer faculty-led study abroad program where six students and one student from Texas A&M traveled to Athens, Greece with chemical engineering professor Dr. Ioannis Economou to perform polymer research in partnership with the National Technical University of Athens. Students also took in Greek culture by participating in cultural events organized by the American College of Greece. The program fosters global citizenship and trains globally recognized engineers.
