Most recent EEP cycle includes leadership course
Published Jan 24, 2018The Engineering Enrichment Program launched its first Engineering Leadership for Emerging Leaders training course, endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) in the United Kingdom. The course was added to the other professional development and management courses offered during the December 2017 and January 2018 EEP training cycles. Forty-two students participated and 14 were in the leadership program. Students had the opportunity to learn more about the conceptual world of leadership, analyze case studies from the real world of engineering, and participate in experiential learning activities and group discussions preparing them to become well-rounded future engineering leaders.
