Kogbara wins best researcher award

Dr. Reginald Kogbara, assistant research scientist in the Mechanical Engineering Program, received the Best Research Award during the Texas A&M at Qatar Research Appreciation Event 11 Feb. The selection for the award was managed by the Researcher Development Program Council.
