Texas A&M at Qatar students participate in INJAZ Qatar competition
Published Apr 18, 2018Six Texas A&M at Qatar students recently participated in the INJAZ Qatar Job Champions Competition over a monthlong period. Omar Khodr, Jawahir Al-Tamimi, Mirna Maklad, Nur-Hamza Peltjo, Osama Hindi and Shaikha Al-Jaber took part in workshops to prepare for the workplace and to enhance their proficiency in soft skills. After the workshops, the students submitted business proposals. Khodr's proposal placed first and he won an all-expenses-paid summer internship at the French defense company Thales' headquarters.
