Al-Hashimi publishes article on flexible electronics
Published May 30, 2018Dr. Mohammed Al-Hashimi, research assistant professor in the Science Program, and Priestly Medal winner Dr. Tobin J. Marks from Northwestern University, recently published an article, “High-k Gate Dielectrics for Emerging Flexible and Stretchable Electronics,” in Chemical Reviews. The article, selected as an ACS Editors' Choice, analyzes advances in materials concepts to allow for semiconductors to be integrated in everything from flexible displays to skin and organs. Chemical Reviews is one of the most prestigious chemistry journals with an impact factor of 47.93.
