Mansoor and Makki Present Mixed Reality Paper and Offer hands-on Sessions at the ASEE 2018 annual conference

Dr. Bilal Mansoor and Mustapha Makki from the mechanical engineering program attended the  
American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) annual meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Dr. Mansoor presented a paper titled “Use of Mixed Reality Tools in Introductory Materials Science Courses” in the Materials division session. The TAMUQ team also presented three Hololens device hands-on micro-sessions at TAMU booth highlighting the tremendous potential offered by Mixed Reality in engineering education.  Texas A&M University was one of the leading sponsor and exhibitor at the event. ASEE attendees visited the TAMU booth and were presented with workshops, panels, and poster sessions. The conference featured more than 400 technical sessions, with peer-reviewed papers spanning all disciplines of engineering education.
