Elbashir and Economou edit book on natural gas and shale gas production

Dr. Nimir Elbashir, director of the TEES Gas and Fuels Research Center (GFRC), chair of the Petroleum Engineering Program and professor of chemical and petroleum engineering; with the associate dean for academic affairs and chemical engineering professor Dr. Ioannis Economou have edited a new book, Natural Gas Processing from Midstream to Downstream , published by Wiley. The book explores current challenges, treatment and monetization technologies of natural gas. It is the second such publication from the GFRC in the area of natural energy and gas production, handling and processing. Other editors include chemical engineering professor at Texas A&M and GFRC managing director Dr. Mahmoud El-Halwagi and former Texas A&M at Qatar associate dean Dr. Ken Hall.
