The Women’s Faculty Forum (WFF) invited speakers, Dr. Elena Einstein and Dr. Rachel Shafran met with approximately 105 members of the Texas A&M at Qatar community in small group sessions over the course of their visit. They initially spoke with members of the Women’s Mentorship Program (WPM) (pictured below) to discuss the crucial role of mentoring as a key factor in future career success. The speakers also visited classes, met with several CTL staff to discuss high performance teams and engaged in lengthy conversations with female student leaders and members of the WFF. They also gave an open talk to the broader Education City community, in addition to facilitating a discussion on hiring and retaining female faculty.
