Texas A&M at Qatar hosts alumni

Published Jan 08, 2019

Texas A&M University at Qatar alumni and university leaders recently gathered together to reconnect and discuss various aspects of student and alumni success. Engagement with graduates—and the feedback they provide—is of great importance to the branch campus, which takes great pride in the achievements of its graduates, which Texas A&M calls "former students." Mariam Al Meer, a Class of 2012 chemical engineering graduate who is now a commercial advisor at Qatar Shell, said, “Thank you to Texas A&M at Qatar for this opportunity to reconnect with the university and other graduates. I really enjoyed connecting with former students and university faculty and staff. I am always proud to be a Texas A&M at Qatar graduate!”
