ADC student club hosts its first event promoting South Asian culture
Published Jan 31, 2019The newly formed student organization Aggie Desi Club (ADC) hosted its first event this week. More than 45 participants, including faculty and dean Dr. César O. Malavé, tasted popular street foods and sweets. Organizers also played popular desi music and showcased traditional clothing and accessories. The mission and vision of the ADC is to promote the culture of the South Asian countries at Texas A&M at Qatar.
