Mohamed, Challiwala and Oqbi receive Qatar Student Awards
Published May 08, 2019Master's students Amro Mohamed and Manar Oqbi and Ph.D. student Mohamed Sufiyan Challiwala (under Dr. Nimir Elbashir) were recently recognized at the 6th ORYX GTL Qatar Student Awards. Mohamed and Oqbi won in the master's category and Challiwala was recognized in the Ph.D. category. The awards celebrate the importance of building post-graduate education capacity in Qatar and the selection committee recognized the three as individuals destined to be future industry and academic leaders.
