Texas A&M at Qatar graduates present stadiums

Texas A&M University at Qatar graduates Abdulla Al-Fehani and Khalifa Al-Mana recently returned to the university to represent the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy and present the FIFA World Cup 2022 Qatar TM stadiums they are working on. Al-Fehani, Class of 2008, is the project manager of the Al Rayyan Precinct stadium and Al-Mana, Class of 2009, is a senior project engineer on the Al Thumama Stadium. Their visit was part of the Supreme Committee’s presentation to the campus community on engineering sustainability given by Orjan Lundberg, sustainability and environmental subject matter expert. After the talk, Lundberg, Al-Fehani and Al-Mana answered questions from current students, faculty and staff, and showcased models of all eight stadiums being built.
