Research team awarded best paper at Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications
Published Nov 13, 2019A team of researchers from Texas A&M University, Oklahoma State University and Texas A&M University at Qatar were awarded the best paper award at the 25th Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications (APCC 2019) held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, 5-8 Nov.
The award was given to postdoctoral fellow Dr. Qian Gao; assistant professor Dr. Sabit Ekin; professor Dr. Khalid Qaraqe from Texas A&M University at Qatar; and professor Erchin Serpedin from Texas A&M for the scientific contributions reported in their paper titled, ``Bias Allocation and Precoding for Tricolor Visible Light Communications with Signal-Dependent Noise."
Since 1993, APCC has been the forum for researchers and engineers in the Asia-Pacific region to present and discuss advanced information, communication technologies, and services, while opening the door to the world at the same time.
