High energy and medical physics group wins best poster award
Published Jan 17, 2021The High Energy and Medical Physics group from Texas A&M University at Qatar won the best poster award at the 11th Annual Scientific Meeting and Irish Association of Physicists in Medicine workshop. The work presented a novel device for blood activity measurements, for which the group recently got a patent. The work was performed and presented by Dr. Yassine Toufique, a member of Dr. Othmane Bouhali’s group, and Dr. Jim O’Doherty, medical physicist at the National University of Singapore.
