Texas A&M at Qatar accepting applications for fall 2021 enrollment until 1 March
Published Feb 15, 2021Texas A&M University at Qatar is accepting applications for the fall 2021 semester for freshman through 1 March, and high school seniors who are interested in attending the university can experience life as an engineering student during an interactive virtual event on 20 Feb.
High school students from across Qatar will get a chance to meet professors and current students from the four engineering majors — chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and petroleum engineering — offered by Texas A&M at Qatar during its annual Experience Texas A&M University virtual event on 20 Feb. via Zoom. Professors will talk with prospective students about what it means to be an engineer. Current students will share their personal experiences, including how they adjusted to the demands of college life during which students are expected to become independent learners responsible for their own decisions.
