University students win top research honors

Mohammed Al-Sulaiti and Ahmad Alrchid placed first in the Al-Bairaq research program. Both students, alumni of Omar Bin Khattab, won top honors for their work on using recycled plastic and palm trees to produce energy under the team name of Al-Zubarah Fort. The students were given the opportunity to visit The Netherlands and tour Shell's facilities.
