The Student Engineers' Council, in partnership with the Career Services Office, hosted Texas A&M at Qatar's fourth annual career fair, Careers for Engineers 2011 on 15 Feb. Sponsored by Qatar Shell and ExxonMobil Qatar, Careers for Engineers presented over 150 representatives from 45 companies. In addition to the exhibition portion of the event, companies had the option to request early resume submission from interested students, as well as host informational or interview sessions. The purpose of Careers for Engineers is to promote University students, both graduating seniors and continuing undergraduates, to local and regional companies.
