Aggies clinch tourney championship after win over Cornell
Published Nov 14, 2009The Aggie men's basketball team dominated the Texas A&M at Qatar invitational basketball tournament, claiming the title of champions for the second year. After winning the first game against the Tartans of Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar with a score of 51-24, the Aggies faced the Bears of Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar. Led in scoring by Wajih Idriss and Nathan Miller, the Aggies claimed victory with a score of 48-34. The Aggie men's record now stands at two wins and zero losses to start the season.
