Ahmed gives talk at QF R&D Research Dialogue series
Published Nov 10, 2016Dr. Shehab Ahmed, associate professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Program, gave a talk at Qatar Foundation Research and Development's Research Dialogue series 3 Nov. Ahmed spoke about expanding his focus from mainly seeing his work published in scientific journals to the contribution he could make strengthening Qatar's human capacity in research and development. Ahmed received the Best Research Project Award at the QF Annual Research Conference 2016 for his work on power conversion and electromechanics. He also co-founded MODUS, an oil field technology and services company.
