IT hosts open house to launch service desk
Published Apr 20, 2016The Information Technology department hosted an open house event today (20 April) to inform the Texas A&M at Qatar community about its services, meet its staff and to launch the service desk. The service desk (servicedesk@qatar.tamu.edu) will now be the single point of contact for all IT-related questions and requests. The rebranding and consolidation is one part of IT's goals to enhance user experience.
