Liberal Arts Guest Speaker Series to host two upcoming lectures
Published Oct 15, 2015The Liberal Arts Program will host Dr. Gregory Gause III, the John H. Lindsey '44 Chair and head of the International Affairs Department at the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University, 20 Oct. from noon to 1 p.m. in LH 143. His lecture is entitled, "The New Middle East Cold War." The second talk, "Using Archaeology, History and Geology to Study the Occurrence and Impact of Tsunami in the Eastern Indian Ocean: A Case from Aceh, Indonesia," will be presented by Dr. Patrick Daly, principal investigator at the Earth Observatory of Singapore, 21 Oct. also from noon to 1 p.m. in LH 143.
