Mechanical Engineering Program hosts freshman welcome lunch
Published Sep 29, 2016The Mechanical Engineering Program hosted a welcome lunch for its freshman students 22 Sept. Faculty and staff gathered to welcome the students, answer their questions on the program itself and to provide them with information and advice on their collegiate journeys. Program chair Dr. Vijay Panchang gave an overview of the program and also introduced his fellow faculty members. Laboratory manager Yasser Al-Hamidi also spoke about the Engineering Enrichment Program and guided the students on a lab tour.
