SWE attends WE16
Published Nov 10, 2016The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) chapter at Texas A&M at Qatar attended WE16 in Philadelphia 27-29 Oct. SWE's WE16 is the world's largest conference and career fair for women in engineering. There were more than 10,000 participants this year, including SWE president Alaa Abdalla, vice president Saly Awadh and faculty adviser Dr. Ghada Salama. The conference inspires women engineers at all stages of their career to foster friendships and mentorships, discover career opportunities and pursue professional development.
