Seers appointed assistant professor in Petroleum Engineering Program

Dr. Thomas Seers has been appointed assistant professor in the Petroleum Engineering Program. He was a research fellow specializing in reservoir characterization and modeling at the University of Aberdeen and a postgraduate researcher in petroleum geology at the University of Manchester. Seers' research focuses on the application of 3-D surface and volume imaging techniques on flow heterogeneity within hydrocarbon reservoirs. He received his Ph.D. in computational geosciences from the University of Manchester in 2015.
