Texas A&M at Qatar hosts booth at GCC POWER 2016

Texas A&M at Qatar hosted a booth at the GCC POWER 2016 Conference & Exhibition at the Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel 8-10 Nov. Researchers and senior students in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Program and at the TEES Smart Grid Center Extension in Qatar participated in the exhibition and presented four papers. The booth, manned by Laboratory Manager Kais AbdulMawjood, was visited by His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Sada, Minister of Energy and Industry, who praised Texas A&M at Qatar's accomplishments and successes by proclaiming, "Texas A&M at Qatar is a high prestige university."
