Texas A&M at Qatar students' documentary screened at film festival

Electrical and computer engineering students Alanood Al-Kuwari and Noor AlKhaldi had their short documentary, "Um Khalifa," screened at Doha Film Institute's Ajyal Youth Film Festival 2 Dec. The film explores attitudes and daily life experiences of Qatari families with children with Down Syndrome. Al-Kuwari said, "[It] was our first attempt in the filmmaking industry and we are so lucky that it got accepted and screened during the festival."
