Texas A&M at Qatar to host workshop on smart drilling fluids
Published Dec 01, 2016Texas A&M at Qatar will host a workshop, "Smart Drilling Fluids: Current and Future Challenges," tomorrow (1 Dec.) in Lecture Hall 238 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The workshop will bring together leading scientists, researchers and industry experts in the Middle East to exchange research results on drilling fluids. The workshop is a result of a Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF) project, "Development and testing of smart drilling fluids for resolving oil and gas drilling problems in the State of Qatar and for reducing environmental footprint."
