Texas A&M at Qatar to take part in Charity Week

Texas A&M at Qatar will participate in Charity Week by hosting fun-filled fundraising activities until 3 Nov. Events include the Qatari Student Association's "Make Me Qatari" event 31 Oct. at a carnival on the Green Spine sponsored by QF's Reach Out to Asia (ROTA) charity organization. Charity Week raises money and awareness for orphans and needy children all over the world. This will be Texas A&M at Qatar's third year of participation in the charity drive in which it chooses which projects to fund. Past funds supported medical training for doctors in Gaza, support for Syrian refugees, healthcare and education for children in Myanmar and shelter and income support for children in India.
