Texas A&M at Qatar to host fall graduate recognition

Texas A&M University at Qatar on 17 Dec. will recognize seven engineering students who are degree candidates for the December term.

The group of degree candidates comprises six men and one woman. Five are from Qatar, one is from Egypt, and one is from Syria; two candidates are chemical engineers, two are electrical engineers, two are mechanical engineers and one is a petroleum engineer. One hundred three Aggie engineers have completed degree programs at Texas A&M at Qatar since 2007. That number increases to 110 after conferral of degrees for the December term. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. in the pyramids plaza of the Texas A&M Engineering Building.For information contact Dr. Kerry Noack: kerry.noack@qatar.tamu.edu.
