Texas Tech professor to speak on research failures 15 April
Published Apr 09, 2014Dr. Rebecca Rickly will give a talk, "Failing Forward: Learning from Research Failures," 15 April at noon in lecture hall 144. Rickly's talk, part of the Liberal Arts Guest Speaker Series, will offer a series of narrative failures undergirding complete, published research that shed light on the understanding, teaching and representation of research. These stories will provide a lens faculty might use to plan, conduct, represent and critique research, and how to integrate failure into the process.
